About DVI-A Cables
DVI-A cables can be used with PC's that have DVI-I output, and output to DVI-I or DVI-A monitors. Only the analog signal will be carried and displayed with DVI-A. This signal is equivalent to VGA. DVI-A cables are suitable for the same standards of resolution as VGA.
