Returns & Exchanges on Compatible Inkjet Cartridges Our compatible inkjet cartridges have less than 1% defective rate. However, if you received defective cartridges, they can be returned or exchanged within 90 days. All returns must have RMA# issued by us. All return items must have the original boxes. Shipping costs are not refundable.No return on refill kit, refill bottle for any reason. No return on close-out items as specified when ordering. Returns & Exchanges on Compatible Brand Toners, Drums, Developers, and Replacement Parts Defective products can be returned within 30 days for exchange only, no refund will be issue for any reason. All returns must have a RMA# issued by us and be sent back post mark within 7 days. All return items must have the original boxes. Our supplier won't authorize a return/credit without it. We reserve the right to refuse any package sent to us that does not have original packaging or that has been damage. All drums and printer heads must be installed by qualified technician. Inkpool Inc does not cover damage by operator, technician, or machine ( including rotational scratches, gouges, scuff marks, or line scratches ) Returns & Exchanges on Original Brand Toners, Drums, Developers, Lamps, Fuser Oils, Rollers, and Replacement Printer Parts All sales are final on Genuine (OEM) drum(s) once they have been opened. All other genuine supplies, except where otherwise noted may be returned for exchange within 15 days for defective reasons only. There will be no returns after 15 days, no exceptions. In order to return OEM item, we'll need an authorized service technician submit a work order stating the nature of the defect. All returns must have a RMA# issued by us and be sent back post mark within 7 days. All return items must have the original box(es). We reserve the right to refuse any package sent to us that does not have original packaging or that has been damage. All drums and printer heads must be installed by qualified technician. The return items will be shipped back to Inkpool Inc 20476 Carrey Road Walnut, CA 91789. The OEM items will be carefully examined and evaluated to confirm the serial number prior to exchange. For original drum unit, we require a written and signed document from buyer to ensure the return item is the original one received from us. Inkpool Inc does not cover damage by operator, technician, or machine ( including rotational scratches, gouges, scuff marks, or line scratches ) In case the customer orders the wrong item(s), we only accept return if the item(s) are not opened. All wrong items ( Unless mistakenly shipped by us ) are subjet to 15% re-stocking fee for all compatible inkjet, toner, copier, fax cartridges, 30% for all original inkjet, toner, copier, fax cartridges. All shipping fees are not refundable. Returns & Exchanges on Cables, Adaptors You may return cables or adaptors for replacement within 90 days of the order shipment date. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). All returns must have: 1. The original packaging (All accessories, manuals, software, etc. Improper packaging may void warranty). 2. RMA number clearly marked on mailing label and shipping containers. We provide a 90 day limited warranty for the quality of all cables and adaptors in materials and workmanship. During this period, we will replace cables or adaptors which proves to be defective. However, we will not warranty any product which has been subjected to improper freight handling/shipping abuse, neglect or unauthorized repair or installation. Returns & Exchanges on Computer Parts No return on all hardware & software & special ordered items. Exchange for defective item(s). Most computer hardware carry a 1 year manufacturer's warranty, except for oem cpu's which are warranty for 30 days by manufacturer. For DOA, we must be notify within 3 days from the day that the product was received. Customer pays for shipping both ways if RMA is done after 3 months from invoice date or customer may contact manufacturer directly. RMA process takes from 3-5 weeks sometimes longer depending on manufacturer and is out of our hands. If a product has been discontinued in the market, a replacement item of equal value or a credit for current market value will be issued at seller's discretion. All computer related items are subject to change in prices and availability at anytime without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities on any order or cancel any order if we are unable to fillful it for any reason whatsoever All returns must have an RMA number.
